Evening Tattoo Artist Course
The new Evening Tattoo Artist Course is designed for those who work or cannot attend the academy during the day.
It’s a complete 1,500-hour program, with the same curriculum and professional qualification as the daytime course, organized at times compatible with work commitments.
Upon completion, and after passing the final exam, the Professional Certification from the Lombardy Region is issued, valid in Italy and the European Union.
The program combines technical training, intensive practice, and artistic preparation, offering a comprehensive view of the tattoo artist profession.
During the program, students acquire fundamental skills such as tattooing techniques, equipment use, artistic drawing, hygiene and safety, as well as the regulatory aspects necessary to practice the profession.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The Evening Tattoo Artist Course aims to train professionals capable of operating in the tattoo sector with technical competence, artistic awareness, and full compliance with current regulations.
During the program, students develop manual skills, design capabilities, and fundamental technical knowledge to tackle studio work.
Great attention is paid to hygiene, safety, and the correct management of equipment and materials, essential aspects for practicing the profession responsibly.
The program progressively guides students from the basics of tattooing to the development of greater operational autonomy.

Curriculum
The curriculum of the Evening Tattoo Artist Course is structured to offer comprehensive and progressive preparation. The program covers all key areas necessary to become a tattoo artist, alternating theory and practice from the early stages of the course.
Admission requirements for the course for students with Italian citizenship are:
- 18 years of age
- Possession of a lower secondary school diploma (middle school)
For foreign citizens:
- 18 years of age
- Entrance test in Italian (oral and written)
- Declaration of Value certifying the level of schooling

Thanks to instructors specializing in various techniques and styles, students will undertake a journey ranging from realism to Japanese, from traditional to ornamental, up to new trends like fine line and blackwork.
From the early stages of the course, students practice on synthetic skin, but they also have the opportunity to pierce on real skin under the guidance of our instructors.
Drawing is the foundation of a successful tattoo artist. For this reason, students dedicate many hours to drawing, both on paper and on iPads with Procreate, provided by the school.
Thanks to our training events, students have the opportunity to learn from the best tattoo artists on the international scene, at no additional cost.
To complete the training path and obtain the qualification, students will carry out 500 hours of mandatory internship, with the possibility of being placed in one of the more than 400 tattoo and piercing studios we have agreements with.

Information on licensing
M.T.S. is a structure accredited by the Lombardy Region. The course guarantees the license to practice the profession and for the creation of tattoos and piercings with the issuance of the Regional Certification of Tattoo and Piercing Technician, valid throughout Italy and at the European Union level, according to the new provisions regulated by Regional Law no. 13 of July 23, 2021, which define the professional figure and establish that to practice the profession, tattoo artists and piercers must attend a course and pass an exam.
