{"id":5180,"date":"2026-07-06T15:05:47","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T13:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mts.addlab.net\/privacy-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-10-01T11:47:29","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T09:47:29","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mts.addlab.net\/en\/privacy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION NO. 2016\/679 <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679\/2016 (GDPR), we inform you that: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to managing the relationship with the Data Subject and our activity as an accredited Training School.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WEB CONTACTS<br\/><\/strong>MTS processes data collected directly from the website for newsletter subscription management, request management, open day bookings, and model applications. These data processing activities are based on consent and are not mandatory. More detailed information regarding open days and model applications will be provided in person.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TRAINING SCHOOL<br\/><\/strong>MTS needs to collect and process personal data for course enrollment, whether online or in person. The data is also necessary for course delivery (both online theoretical parts and practical\/laboratory parts), with proper management of registers, exam results, certificates, and compliance with regional portal requirements for professional qualification. <br\/>All the aforementioned purposes are mandatory and have the contract as their legal basis.<br\/>MTS reserves the right to send you email communications regarding upcoming courses and events if you are already our client; otherwise, such communications can only be sent with your explicit and optional consent.<br\/>The length and structure of new professional qualification pathways may require additional data processing (e.g., internship and laboratory phases); supplementary information will be provided if necessary.<br\/>Furthermore, MTS will ask enrolled students for consent to freely record and use video footage, including live streams, of lessons for institutional and promotional purposes, with their inclusion on the School&#8217;s website or social media profiles in ways that do not harm personal dignity. No compensation will be due for the use or reproduction of such images, but the processing is not mandatory. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processing Methods<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data will be processed, respecting confidentiality and adequate security measures, in paper and electronic form, by being entered into multiple databases and through their use. The website database is protected, and data is processed exclusively by internal staff or persons appointed by MTS. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal Basis for Processing and Legitimate Interests Pursued<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for processing is the contract, or the activity as an accredited Training School in the Lombardy Region. In the case of marketing processing, the legal basis is the consent of the data subjects.<br\/>Refusal to provide consent for the processing of personal data for ancillary and instrumental purposes (e.g., marketing activities) does not in any way compromise the establishment and continuation of the contractual relationship, nor pre-contractual obligations or the specific service requested. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disclosure to Third Parties<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subjects to whom personal data may be communicated, or who may become aware of it for the indicated processing purposes, will operate as Processors or Data Controllers (employees, consultants, company collaborators, etc.).<br\/>Among the processors are, in particular, course instructors; among external controllers: administrative, legal, IT, and marketing consultants.<br\/>Personal data for internship phases may be communicated to host tattoo studios and service providers involved in preliminary activities (e.g., health and safety compliance).<br\/>Personal data will not be disseminated or communicated to third parties, with the exception of the Lombardy Region through the designated portals and within the scope of checks on qualification and accreditation pathways, as well as to any public administration bodies and authorities, always within legal limits.<br\/>Data will not be transferred outside the EU.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retention Periods<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your contractual data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, as requested by the Lombardy Region. The data retention periods for professional qualification courses are, in any case, established by the Region.<br\/>Marketing processing will not exceed good industry practices, and it is always possible to object to receiving communications at any time. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Controller<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller is M.T.S. s.r.l. via M.F.
