He became a professional tattoo artist in 2005 at Angelo Colussi’s Quetzal Tattoo in Milan, where he worked until the summer of 2010. He has worked at Pietro Sedda’s The Saint Mariner in Milan, Katia and Dimitri’s Officina Studio in Milan, Giancarlo Capra’s Il Pellerossa Tattoo Studio in Lodi, Stizzo’s Best Of Times in Milan, Michelangelo Cornini’s Built Strong in Milan, and currently works at Katia and Dimitri’s new Officina Studio location in Milan.

His style is a fusion of the softness of shaded black and white figurative art and the cleanliness and strength of traditional tattooing.

He has collaborated with Miss Arianna and Mauro Tampieri’s Skinwear Tattoo, with Mojo Tattoo, Vlady Positive Vibration, and Samuele Briganti Drum Tattoo. He participates in various Tattoo Conventions, including Milan, Rome, Naples, Trieste, Florence, Barcelona (Spain), and Sacramento (California), and artistic events such as Andrea Pallocchini’s Contestarte and Fabio Gargiulo and Miss Juliet’s Overlap.

He has been collaborating as an instructor at Milano Tattoo School since 2016.

ZUMAINK.

It all started with a tattoo book bought in the 80s: “The Donkey and the Zebra,” by Gippi Rondinella.

I spent entire nights studying it, until I embarked on a trip to Amsterdam, where in 1987 I got my first tattoo.

From there, my passion became uncontrollable, and in Milan, I also started frequenting the studios of the most esteemed young tattoo artists of those years: Angelo Colussi of Quetzal first, and then Claudio Pittan.

In Claudio’s studio, I became familiar with Japanese culture, also learning the oriental tattoo style, to the point of making it a distinctive element of my work.

I was fortunate to train in the early 90s, frequenting, among many, tattoo artists like Grifo and Mark Lee, sharing personal experiences, not just professional ones: those were years when being a tattoo artist was a lifestyle.

Since 2006, I have opened my studio in Milan, where I continue to offer work in line with my journey, with a personal and tailored approach for each client.

http://zumaink.com

The Works and Stories of Milano Tattoo School’s Instructor Tattoo Artists The team of professional tattoo artists who collaborate with Milano Tattoo School and will help you learn the technical foundations of tattoo art.

[41

post-5050","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articles

![""]("https://mts.addlab.net/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/instagram-300x298.jpg")
